We are a true American Small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to an exceptional influx in orders from increased popularity and our mission to maintain a high quality standard with every order, our current production and shipping times range between 1-3 weeks for our Elite Wood+Steel Cold Tub System.

We can send the chiller in advance, as we have them in stock, but the wood+steel barrel is a slightly longer wait.

We assure you that our team is working diligently to ensure every barrel is crafted with care and shipped out as swiftly as possible. Of course, if possible we will ship before this estimated time frame.

Returns

At Eu4ric Wellness, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. For our full refund policy and details please visit our FAQ & Policy Page.

Cancelations

You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All cancelled orders will face a 5% to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be cancelled. All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours. We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.
